recreativas e afins da regi\u00e3o e de outros meios ao seu dispor e aprovados pela m\u00ednimo de 250\u20ac integralmente realizado em dinheiro e \u00e9 representado por t\u00edtulos de capital de 2.50\u20ac cada um.<\/p><p>1\u00ba Poder\u00e1 a Assembleia Geral determinar o pagamento de uma joia no ato de admiss\u00e3o, no montante de 5% do capital, que reverter\u00e1 para a reserva legal.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section reservas:<\/p><ol><li>Reserva legal;<\/li><li>Reserva para forma\u00e7\u00e3o e educa\u00e7\u00e3o cooperativa;<\/li><li>Poder\u00e1 a cooperativa, mediante delibera\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Geral, ou colectivas que sejam admitidos pela Dire\u00e7\u00e3o, sob simples pedido de s\u00f3cios t\u00eam direito de participar nas atividades da cooperativa<\/p><ol><li>\u00a0Eleger e ser eleito para os corpos gerentes<\/li><li>Recorrer por escrito para a Assembleia Geral dos atos da dire\u00e7\u00e3o que julgue contr\u00e1rios aos seus direitos ou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos estatutos ou regulamentos internos.<\/li><li>Beneficiar das regalias que a cooperativa possa vir a proporcionar.<\/li><li>Frequentar a sede da cooperativa onde ter\u00e1 livre acesso a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o cultural e t\u00e9cnica, a qualquer tipo de atividade nela existente e que para isso mostre comprovadas capacidades e ainda nas atividades culturais e recreativas que venham a ser realizadas.<\/li><li>Examinar livros de escritura\u00e7\u00e3o e mais documentos nos per\u00edodos para tal designados e, fora deles, a requerimento fundamentado dirigido \u00e0 Dire\u00e7\u00e3o e sob parecer favor\u00e1vel do Conselho Fiscal.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section mesmos.<\/li><li>Exercer graciosamente os cargos para que for eleito, salvo recusa devidamente justificada, havendo casos em que esses cargos podem vir a ser remunerados, de acordo com o que ficar definido em Assembleia Geral<\/li><li>Zelar pela conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e uso adequado dos bens da cooperativa.<\/li><li>Colaborar, por todos os meios ao seu alcance, na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos e fins da cooperativa.<\/li><li>Zelar pelo bom nome e prestigio da cooperativa, n\u00e3o a comprometendo por a\u00e7\u00f5es ou declara\u00e7\u00f5es lesivas dos seus
